Former Employee Sues Suns for $60M, Alleging Discrimination, Retaliation, Wrongful Termination

Former employee Andrea Trischan sued the Phoenix Suns in U.S. District Court on Wednesday, her deadline to file suit, alleging harassment, racial discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination.

In the lawsuit, a copy of which was obtained by ESPN, the Suns' program manager of diversity, equity and inclusion from September 2022 until July 2023 also alleges financial misconduct, sexual misconduct and racial discrimination by current and former team executives.
