Haysville Natatorium

VERSATILITY
The Haysville Natatorium features a top-rate competition and teaching pool that serves the high school swim team, community members and visitors. The indoor pool consists of eight lap lanes and two 1-meter diving boards. The consultant team worked with the client throughout the process to evaluate long-term operational costs and provide cost-benefit considerations throughout the project.

BUILT FOR SPEED
A high priority while designing the facility was to make sure it was fast. The swimming pool depths were looked at closely, as well as the type of gutter. The city had requested that there be a 1,400-square-foot area where the depth is only 4 feet, so that it could be used for instructional purposes.
