The North Scott YMCA recently celebrated the grand opening of its brand-new facility. Years of dedicated effort, including a bond referendum and collaborative funding from the City of Eldridge and the North Scott School District, culminated in the creation of a remarkable healthy living center.
The facility boasts a range of exceptional features, including a competition pool catering to North Scott High School, a family-friendly leisure pool, a versatile gymnasium, modern locker rooms, an indoor track, well-equipped cardio and weight rooms, a rejuvenating sauna and a tranquil whirlpool spa. Notably, the expansion will also enable North Scott High School to establish its swimming team, fostering athletic opportunities for students.
