The Village at Breckenridge

Located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, The Village at Breckenridge is truly a ski-in, ski-out property. The location is within walking distance of the town’s shopping, dining and entertainment amenities. No other property in all of Breckenridge has such a unique combination of access to both the town and the mountain.

In 2022, the health club completed a $5.4 million renovation with a new indoor/outdoor heated pool, four hot tubs, a sauna, a steam room and a fitness center. The renovation increased the size of the common area and fitness center and doubled the existing hot tub capacity.
