Vanderbilt has announced it is accepting deposits for south end zone premium seating experiences at FirstBank Stadium. Supporters have the exclusive opportunity to be among the first to secure club seats for the 2025 football season, as Vandy United keeps reimagining FirstBank Stadium for better and better game day experiences.

“I’m excited to see another Vandy United cornerstone come to life,” said Candice Storey Lee, vice chancellor for athletics and university affairs and athletic director. “We’re committed to being the best in everything we do, from our student-athlete experience to our game day experience in FirstBank Stadium. Vandy United is rooted in what Commodores can achieve when we dare to grow, together. We are thankful for the support as we take another step forward in this new era of Vanderbilt Athletics.”

The new premium seating spaces are a centerpiece of Vandy United’s south end zone project, and they include a variety of innovative amenities. Whether cheering on the Commodores with family, reuniting with friends and alumni, or entertaining coworkers and associates, supporters can choose from club spaces, living room boxes and fully appointed luxury suites. In all, new south end zone seating encompasses 20 suites and more than 1,000 club seats. [Vanderbilt]

The Penn State Board of Trustees voted 26-2 (with three abstentions) on early Tuesday afternoon to approve the remaining $630 million in funding needed for the Beaver Stadium renovation project slated to be completed in August of 2027.

Total project costs will not exceed $700 million, with $70 million of that having already been approved by the board last May. According to administrators, the current projected budget sits at $664 million. Penn State athletics would be required to return to the board for approval of any funding that exceeds $700 million.

The project will be paid for entirely by athletics and will not use any tuition funding. [StateCollege.com]

Elizabethton (Tenn.) City Schools has received $3.75 million for a planned athletic training facility. Check out the details of the forthcoming project below:
