A woman in Odessa, Texas, drove her car into a Planet Fitness last week, injuring two people who were working out at the time.
Iliana Jiminez, 24, was charged with two counts of intoxicated assault that caused bodily injury — a third-degree felony.

According to the local CBS affiliate, Jiminez’s Dodge Journey crashed into the back of the building and hit two people who were working out.
The victims were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Jiminez was intoxicated and was charged and arrested before being booked into Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
