Watch: Tour Bearcats' Sheakley Athletics Center

The Cincinnati Bearcats' Sheakley Athletics Center is a state-of-the-art facility that sits next to UC Baseball Stadium and borders the east side of campus. The facility includes two football fields, including a 50-yard field and a 100-yard field. From November through February, the 100-yard field becomes an indoor practice facility, covered by an air-supported bubble that maintains an interior temperature of 50-60 degrees. This gives the athletic department an additional 72,200 square-feet of space for athletics events and competitions. From the turf to the locker rooms, Sheakley offers an intimate home field for the women's lacrosse team. Surrounding the 100-yard field is a 1,200 capacity seating area, a press box, team meeting space, concession stand, restrooms and scoreboard. In addition, the lighting system in the Sheakley Athletics Center makes the facility operational around the clock.
