Renting used gym clothing is a thing now.

New Yorkers never have to worry about forgetting their gym bag at home or lugging their stinky gear to and from the office - if they are willing to fork out $10 to rent some gym clothes.

Five-month-old Routinely, which launched its service for travelers at Big Apple hotels, will expand on Wednesday to serve Manhattan office buildings and apartments.

While renting out a previously sweated- in shirt may be as welcome as renting bowling shoes, company executives are confident they can overcome that hurdle.

"If Airbnb can convince people to sleep on other people's sheets," there's a place for used gym clothing in the market, Routinely co-founder Will Tso told The Post.

Here's how it works: Customers request a gym pack - sneakers, shirt, socks and shorts or leggings - that is delivered within a couple of hours. Women get a tank top, sports bra and a new hair tie.

Everyone gets to keep the socks.

Routinely works with a number of brands including Lululemon, Nike, Adidas and Under Armour as well as some smaller ones such as Outdoor Voices and Rhone. If a customer requests all one brand, that costs an extra $2.

Anyone squeamish about putting their feet into sweat-soaked shoes are reassured that Routinely uses "SteriShoe UV technology" after each use and replaces insoles.

Tso has worked out partnerships with several gyms in the city and with accounting giant PwC - providing drop boxes at those locations for return packages.
