KU Police Called for Loiterer Offering 'Free-Throw Advice'

On Wednesday afternoon, student-athletes made a distressed call to University of Kansas campus police to report a non-student who was loitering outside campus housing and harassing residents with unwarranted “free-throw advice,” according to the Lawrence Journal-World.

When campus police arrived at KU’s men’s basketball dormitory, McCarthy Hall, shortly after the 3:30 p.m. call, the man had already left. KU police deputy chief James Anguiano told the Lawrence Journal-World that they would not be filing a report for trespassing or other criminal activity.
