Daldorado is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Ledwell as Vice President of Business Development. With more than three decades of commercial aquatic industry experience, Guy brings a proven record of leadership, innovation, and growth to the Daldorado team.
Guy has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial aquatic industry, including 21 years with the industry’s largest commercial distributor. During his time there, he held roles including Commercial Specialist, Division Sales Manager, Senior Manager of the Commercial Group, and Senior Manager of Strategic Growth.
His background includes designing and delivering large commercial aquatic projects and leading teams that consistently achieved strong year-over-year growth, with annual sales increases exceeding $9 million. He also established the industry’s first nationwide, commercial-dedicated stocking network, improving product availability and customer support across the country.
In addition to his operational and leadership experience, Guy has a strong track record of using technology to improve performance. He has developed and implemented systems that streamline processes, increase efficiency, and support scalable growth. His approach emphasizes practical, data-supported solutions that help teams work more effectively and deliver better customer outcomes.
Guy has built long-standing working relationships with many of the industry’s leading designers and builders. Colleagues and partners know him as a steady, honest, and energetic leader who approaches challenges directly and collaborates effectively to achieve results.
