
OVERVIEW
The 6th Annual National Sports Safety and Security Conference and Exhibition is set for July 6-9, 2015 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., and this year’s theme is “Enhancing Tomorrow TODAY.” The event attracts over 450 attendees including sports venue and event operators, managers, security and safety staff, first responders and law enforcement from the following levels: professional leagues, intercollegiate athletics, interscholastic athletics and marathon/endurance events.

MOCK TRIAL
Attendees are invited to take the hot seat as jurors in a realistic Mock Trial: Robinson vs. Collegiate Stadium. Based upon actual cases involving alcohol abuse, fighting, personal injury, etc., the trial will help attendees manage and understand the importance of the impact of legal action against their organization or facility. Airspace Safety and Security for Sporting Events
Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Radio Controlled Model Aircraft (RCMA)
Hosted by the Institute for the Study of Sports Incidents at the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security in conjunction with the Stadium Managers Association and Department of Homeland Security
The goal of the Forum is to have an open discussion on the major safety and security challenge of drones, discuss the specific regulatory concerns from the perspective of the sport industry, as well as how to better enhance awareness and educate the public on the safety of flying.

SILENT AUCTION
For the first time in the history of the NCS4 Conference, attendees will be able to browse an array of sports-related items at the Silent Auction. Proceeds from the Silent Auction will go towards the NCS4 Scholarship Fund. Registered attendees are invited to donate items for the Silent Auction with a value of $60 or more.
CERTIFICATION REVIEW COURSE/EXAMINATION
NCS4 will host a CSSP Review Course on Monday July 6th, 2015 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the conference hotel. The review course is a one-day intensive session that covers the six knowledge domains of the CSSP exam. Practice test questions with immediate feedback help you identify areas for further study and assess your readiness to take the actual exam. Additionally, the CSSP examination will be offered to eligible applicants on the closing day of the conference.
