Wildcat Aquatic Center

As the Blue Springs High School swim team grew in popularity, the desire for a brand-new aquatic center became a need for the school district. A state-of-the-art facility was designed to properly host swim meets. The new aquatic center offers increased deck space, double the seating capacity of the previous facility, as well as two more lap lanes.

The retractable bleachers offer better visibility and include added storage beneath, which is accessible from the pool deck. The added deck space not only facilitates the hosting of swim meets, it creates extra flexibility to conduct programs such as CPR classes and first aid.

The space is bright, giving focus to the finishes, such as the wave designs on the ceiling lights, and highlighting exterior windows around the pool.
