
$175M Big Bend Youth Sports Complex Approved
The Village of Big Bend, Wis., has approved a new $175 million youth sports complex located at Highway164 and I-43 in Waukesha County.
A news release says Breck Athletic Complex will host national-level baseball, soccer and lacrosse tournaments, drawing thousands of athletes and their families to the area. The youth sports complex will be the first of its kind in the area and when complete, will be the largest complex in Wisconsin.
The Milwaukee office of Kraus-Anderson (KA) will build the Breck Athletic Complex. Groundbreaking on the multi-phase project is expected to begin this spring.

A new chapter for Lamar Cardinals baseball officially took shape this week as Lamar University held a recognition ceremony for the Teri and Glen Morgan Baseball Complex, signaling a major investment in the future of the program.
The facility, located right next to Vincent-Beck Stadium, represents a significant upgrade for a program that has seen consistent success under head coach Will Davis despite previously limited resources.
Lake Chelan Community Center Announces New Gymnasium Buildout
The Lake Chelan Community Center (LCCC) today announced the next major milestone in its campus development with the selection of Rimmer & Roeter Construction as general contractor for the completion of the Gymnasium and Performing Arts Center (PAC).
Construction will include the full buildout of the gymnasium and the completion of the adjacent parking lot, marking a significant step toward bringing the Community Center’s full vision to life.
Rimmer & Roeter Construction, based in Cashmere, was selected following a competitive process that evaluated experience, familiarity with the existing structure, team strength, and overall project approach. Their deep knowledge of the building and proven track record in the region positioned them as the right partner for this important work.
