Indiana University has announced a myriad of updates to the fan experience at Memorial Stadium for the upcoming season. From expanding the student section to a new home for Heps Rock, the Hoosier’s home football games are set to be a fresh experience for fans in the 2024-25 season.
Next to be unveiled is the "B-Town Boulevard." This festival-style space will be open prior to kickoff, and fans do not need a ticket to explore all the amenities. According to an announcement by IU Hoosiers News, “B-Town Boulevard will feature: a concert stage with live bands; food trucks; an outdoor bar; family-friendly games; IU Team Store with IU merchandise; and other IU-related attractions.”
For fans who want an extra special experience, they can purchase a “B-Town Boulevard Tailgate and Game Ticket Package.” This bundled deal includes standard game entrance and access to a complimentary food and beverage menu inside B-town Boulevard.
Or, gather a big group of Hoosiers and rent a B-town Boulevard group tent. IU Athletics and Master Rental are partnering to offer these cabana-like tailgate spots to fans. IU Athletics will customize the package to include catering and extra parking tickets as needed.
Local Bloomington restaurants will be serving fan favorites from Buffalouie’s, Aver’s Pizza and Social Cantina.

When Indiana Football announced B-Town Boulevard on X, fans quickly took to the platform to support this new addition. One posting, “IU is doing so much for football this season…”. Another posted, “This is very cool. Live music, food trucks, and an outdoor bar. Very cool attraction for those that can’t/don’t want to do their own tailgate. Very good idea!”
The Hoosiers kick off against Florida International University on August 31 when the new Indiana University head coach, Curt Cignetti, will get his first chance to lead the team to victory.
