After occupying its current location since 2009, LA Fitness in St. Louis Park, Minn., recently sold it’s 48,000-square-foot facility for nearly $13.9 million.
Twin Cities Business reported Tuesday that real estate group CBRE represented a local private investor and developer in the sale of the property to National Retail Properties (REIT), a Florida-based real estate investment trust.
At one time, the property was home to a Ford dealership before it was redesigned to become an LA Fitness location in 2009.
National Retail Properties owns property across the country, including a number of Best Buy and Gander Mountain locations.
