The mystery of what actually happened in the visitors locker room at Cincinnati's Indian Hill High School following a playoff football game Friday night continues, as video evidence merged Tuesday night that appears to contradict accusations that Taft High School players damaged the space after an emotional loss ended their hopes of an undefeated season.

As reported by Cincinnati NBC affiliate WLWT, a police report indicates a claim that the drywall inside the locker room was kicked and punched after Friday's game ended. The report went on to say the ceiling was damaged and garbage was left on the floor.

Indian Hill police provided security for the game.

On Tuesday night, a Cincinnati Public Schools alum, Jay Rodg, shared video with WLWT showing players walking into the locker room at 5:43 p.m., ahead of a 7 p.m. game. In the video, players are just starting to set their equipment down and some of the holes in the wall are already visible, per the reporting of WLWT's Danielle Dindak.

WLWT reached out to Taft’s athletic director or principal about the video that appears to show their players may not be involved.

WLWT also reached out to the Indian Hill School District, which said, “Friday, November 14 during the Indian Hill/Taft playoff game, some drywall damage was sustained to a wall in the Indian Hill visitor’s locker room. The administration at Indian Hill is working directly and in collaboration with the administration at Taft on repairs.”

Cincinnati Public Schools also said the district is aware of the damage.

“Cincinnati Public Schools is aware of the damage to the visiting locker room at Indian Hill High School following Friday night’s playoff game," the district said. "We do not condone destructive behavior and remain committed to promoting sportsmanship and respect at all athletic events. Cincinnati Public Schools will continue to work with the leadership of Indian Hill.”
