The College Sports Commission released a report showing that it has approved 12,175 NIL deals worth a combined total of $85.5 million.
According to a release, the commission is still sitting on the approval of 394 deal, which total just over $10 million.
The commission says that 33,247 student-athletes have registered to the NIL Go Platform, as well as 1,251 institution users and 3,819 representative users.
The CSC released the following remarks relating to the new data:
Since the NIL Go platform launched on June 11, 2025, and through October 31, 2025:
-53% of deals submitted to NIL Go were resolved within 24 hours.
-74% of deals that reached resolution did so within 7 days following submission of all required information.
On the NIL Go platform in the month of October:
-3,363 NIL deals worth a total of $24.95M were cleared.
-Deals that were resolved in October achieved resolution 21% faster than deals resolved in September.
The College Sports Commission has been tasked with vetting NIL deals to ensure they reflect “fair market value,” and are not simply pay-for-play agreements being passed off as marketing deals.
