Nike announced that it has signed 11 top high school football prospects to NIL deals. The players were selected from among the country’s best in the classes of 2027 and 2028.
According to a press release, Nike has signed top prospects Jermaine Cobbins, Madoxx Davis, Jaxon Dollar, Quentin Hale, Elijah Haven, Peyton Houston, Myson Johnson-Cook, Juju Johnson, Neimann Lawrence, Gabriel Osborne Jr. and Jamarin Simmons to its NIL roster.
Jamarin Simmons, one of the top prep wide receivers in the country who plays for Godby High School in Tallahassee, Fla., acknowledges the considerable opportunity in signing with Nike.
“Not many kids make it out to do what I’m going to go do,” Godby told WCTV. “It’s a blessing. They just look up to me, and they text me all the time and ask for gloves and stuff like that. I’m going to help them out.”
The high school athletes join college prospects Trinidad Chambliss (quarterback, Ole Miss), Cam Coleman (wide receiver, Texas), Jared Curtis (quarterback, Vanderbilt), Trey’Dez Green (tight end, LSU), Chris Henry Jr. (wide receiver, Ohio State), Kewan Lacy (running back, Ole Miss), Dante Moore (quarterback, Oregon) and Colin Simmons (edge, Texas).

Nike signed the high school athletes following their leading performances at The Opening Finals, the best platform for prep standouts to compete against top talent from across the country. They join an elite lineage of athletes who competed in the prestigious showcase before signing Nike partnerships, including the likes of The Opening Hall of Fame Class of 2027: Nike athletes Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley, Kyler Murray and Ja'Marr Chase.
