Carla Madison Recreation Center

Denver, Colorado

This facility will be providing much needed recreation opportunities to a currently underserved population. This five-level, LEED Gold certified facility will include a leisure pool, 8-lane lap pool, gymnasium, fitness areas, community gathering spaces, classrooms and outdoor amenities. It will be the first urban community recreation center in Colorado.

Cost: $24 Million

Sammamish Community & Aquatic Center

Sammamish, Washington

Challenged with creating an iconic building that serves the needs of the community and enhances connects to the surrounding environment; BRS worked with residents at community workshops to develop program priorities, select an ideal site, and design a facility that responds and respects the vernacular and tradition of the community.

Cost: $35 Million
SqFt: 68,000 sq. ft.

The Center of Recreational Excellence (The CORE)

Hobbs, New Mexico

The CORE will improve the quality of life of area residents and includes a central atrium space for community lounge & play structure, family locker rooms, multi-purpose rooms, indoor soccer & multi-use courts, aerobics, cardio, fitness & weight, elevated walk/jog track, and leisure & competition pools.

The REC of Grapevine

Grapevine, Texas

The REC of Grapevine addition and renovation was designed with the goal of increasing programmatic opportunities in aquatics, fitness, active adults and youth. It incorporates community lounges, two gymnasiums, natatorium, aquatics splash and spray, lap pool, weights/ fitness area, walk/jog track, administrative offices, child watch and indoor playground.
